I bought a Windows 10 repair DVD from you on your website. It arrived in lightning quick time. Your DVD loaded and after a false start selecting the wrong option, the DVD put my PC into repair mode. After about 20 mins the log on screen appeared and hey presto it accepted my password and it was all systems go.
